FLORHAM PARK, NJ.--The New York Jets are benching Mark Sanchez and starting Greg McElroy at quarterback Sunday against the San Diego Superchargers. ESPN.COM quoted Tebow as being frustrated with the choice saying, "I haven't asked for a trade yet." Tebow really doesn't seem to be in the Jets plans and it seems like the Jets are not in Tebow's plans either. "I'm not sure. It's something we'll talk about after the season."
Tebow took the Denver Broncos to the playoffs last year beating the Steelers in the first round before losing to the New England Patriots.
