JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The Jaguars team up with the NFL's Play 60 program, an initiative to get kids moving.
Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Russell Allen presented the kids of Cunningham Creek Elementary School with a check for $10,000 to be used for health and wellness programs at the school. It's all part of the NFL's "Play 60 Grant," an initiative to get students moving for at least 60 minutes a day.
Afterward the students got a chance to get active by tossing a ball around with Allen. He said it's nice for the children to have someone to talk to them about the importance of being active.
