PALM COAST, Fla. -- After complaints about door-to-door salesmen, Flagler County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two unlicensed solicitors.

Matthew Tribble, 28, and Jason Staufenberger, 26 are charged with solicitation without a permit. Residents accused the pair of trying to sell them everything from home alarm systems to prime cuts of meat.

A City Code Enforcement Officer reported seeing Tribble and Staufenberger selling meat on Putter Drive. The pair admitted to not having a permit.

Staufenberger was sentenced to time served. Tribble posted a $100 bail. Both men were released Friday.
