JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All northbound lanes of University Boulevard at Spring Park Road are back open after police cleared a damaged power pole.
JEA crews were able to repair a power pole which was leaning over the roadway.
Action News is working to get a condition on the driver involved in the crash and to learn what caused the crash.
