JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Evening drizzle and fog will give way to occasional rain later tonight into Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts will not be great for most areas averaging less than a quarter of an inch for metro Jacksonville and Northeast Florida to a quarter to locally a half inch over Southeast Georgia. The Thursday morning commute will be affected by both fog and wet roads. Temperatures will stay cool with lows tonight in the 50s rising only into the 60s Thursday. Breezy northeast winds will make it feel even cooler and also cause rough seas and surf and a high rip current risk at area beaches.
