JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Both of these men have preyed on children, and that's what landed them on our Predator Alert tonight. Help get them off the streets!
First, take a look at 39-year-old Phillip Czarowitz. He has a history of victimizing kids, with three seperate child sex charges on his record.
Special Agent Dominick Pape with FDLE says Czarowitz was convicted of attacking a young child--and there is reason to believe he'll do it again.
"If he does that at one point in time, there's no reason he should be on our streets," said Pape. "If he's done it once, he'll do it again."
Don't let Czarowitz have a chance to victimize one more child. Pick up the phone and call police with your tips.
Next, take a look at 50-year-old Edward Parks. He sometimes goes by "Poppa" or "Papa Smurf." But there is nothing funny about his history of sex crimes. Don't let this guy stay another night on our streets.
