Police search for suspect in deadly shooting
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have closed West 21st street and West 23rd street on Jacksonville's Northside while crews search for a suspect in a shooting that left one man dead.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says two men were fighting just after 5:00 p.m. Saturday when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim. He then fled.
The 26-year-old victim was taken to UF and Shands Jacksonville where was pronounced dead.
Police have not released a description of the shooter.
