PALM COAST, Fla. -- A 16-year-old Matanzas High School student was arrested Monday evening on a charge of felony second degree sexual battery on a teenaged girl.
The victim told the Flagler County Sheriff's Office that about 9:45 a.m., she and D'Shawn Hosang of Palm Coast, were kissing in the stairwell of the school when the boy forced her to perform a sex act on him. The victim told deputies he then forced her to have sex with him.
Hosang denied having sex with the victim, but admitted to meeting her in the stairwell. Text messages between the teens after the incident lead to charges being filed against Hosang. He was also charged with violation of probation.
