JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Bands of mostly light rain will continue to move west to east across Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia through tonight along with a few scattered t'storms that will produce brief heavy rain. Additional rainfall will average a quarter to half inch, locally more in a few spots. Plenty of clouds for Valentine's Day will lead to much cooler temperatures with highs only in the upper 50s to low 60s. Areas of rain will gradually push to the south through the day, but the morning commute will be wet in many places.
