NEW ORLEANS, La. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars game against the San Francisco 49ers in October is sold out.
Shad Khan told Action Sports the news this morning during a ten minute interview.
"The game being sold is unexpected in a good way," said Khan. "I didn't think it would be sold out until the summer."
Khan thinks the branding and globalization of the Jaguars playing in London is really working.
"There is a huge amount of awareness about the Jaguars and Jacksonville more importantly," said Khan. "I think from both of those points we're accomplishing what we set out to do."
Khan said the final numbers are not in for how many season tickets holders are going to London to watch the Jaguars play, but he knows the number is big.

"I think it's going to be unprecedented good," said Khan. "The Jacksonville fans are going to support the Jaguars frankly more than any NFL team has been supported in that effort."
