JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Investigators from the CyberCrime Unit arrested 25-year old Jason Andes after he began talking online to a 14-year old girl. The girl was actually an undercover investigator. Both times, Investigators say Andes solicited the child for sex and used his webcam to expose himself to the child.
During a search warrant executed Thursday morning at Andes' Jacksonville home, law enforcement officers seized a computer, the webcam, and other digital media which will undergo additional forensic analysis.
Andes was booked into the Duval County Detention Center and will be charged with two counts of online solicitation of a child, a third-degree felony, and two counts of lewd exhibition to a child, a second-degree felony.
