JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- A couple has been arrested after police say they had a domestic dispute, then were caught having sex on the beach.
David Charles Aiuppy is charged with arson to a vehicle and exposure of sex organs.
Kathy Lynn Granone is also charged with exposure of sex organs and resisting an officer without violence.
At 5:40 p.m.Feb. 18., officers were called to the pier parking lot in the 500 Block of 1st Street North in reference to a vehicle fire. Witnesses told police the pair became involved in a domestic dispute and began throwing things from the vehicle.
Witnesses say Granone walked away from the vehicle and Aiuppy began to light the vehicle on fire. He then walked to the beach to meet with Granone. Officers found them having sex on the beach in full view of the public. They were arrested.
