JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The significant rain is over for Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia so expect good road conditions to get to the Polls through 7pm. Temperatures by morning will dip into the 40s. Wednesday will be partly cloudy, breezy and cool with a few isolated insignificant showers in the afternoon. Highs will only reach the low to mid 60s followed by a chilly night with lows Wednesday night in the 30s and 40s.
