JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who admitted to robbing eight people is going to prison for the next forty years.
Matthew Terrell Johnson, 18, received the sentence this week after pleading guilty to eight robberies this week, seven of them armed.
The State Attorney's Office says Johnson used a handgun and a BB gun during his crimes. The armed robberies happened in January and February of 2012.
Johnson also took a backpack from a 13-year-old boy according to prosecutors.
